Trial-day

To give you and your dog the best and safest start at the Dog Kindergarten, our collaboration begins with a non-binding trial day at the Dog Kindergarten, so that you and your dog have the opportunity to test whether the Dog Kindergarten is for you before you book a permanent place.

HOW TO PROCEDE: 
 

When I have received your email/completed contact form, I will call you so that we can talk in more detail about your and your dog's needs and so that you can ask all the questions you want about the dog nursery and our work with the dogs. If you feel ready to move on, we will agree when your dog will have its first week ("Trial Week") at the Dog Kindergarten. After the interview, I will send you the dog nursery's "Welcome letter" and "Terms of Service" by email, which you must confirm having read before your dog is picked up for the first time.

The trial day
After your dog's first day at Hundebørnehaven, we will call you so that you can get thorough feedback on how your dog has been and you can also follow along on Facebook, where we post lots of pictures and/or videos every day.

 

Payment of the trial day
If your dog has had a good day and start at the Dog Kindergarten and we all agree to continue the collaboration, I will send you an invoice on the Trial Day and the number of fixed days at the Dog Kindergarten that we have agreed your dog will have going forward.
